Our blueberry honey takes you on a summer walk through the forest. The air is cool and smells of moss and pine, and all around you deep-blue wild blueberries glow on the forest floor. That is exactly the feeling we capture in every jar.

For this speciality we combine creamy German blossom honey with aromatic wild blueberries, also known as bilberries. The finely ground berries give the honey its intense dark-red colour, a wonderfully creamy texture and a typically fruity taste with a pleasantly mild tartness. We deliberately keep the tiny berry seeds, so you can see at a glance that there is real fruit in this jar.

Our honey with wild blueberries brings creamy German blossom honey and aromatic wild blueberries together in a fruity speciality with an intense forest-berry flavour. The fine seeds, the dark-red colour and the slightly tart note of the wild berries turn every spoonful into a little walk in the woods. A flavoured honey made with real fruit and without artificial flavourings.

How to use

Enjoy our blueberry honey straight from the spoon, on fresh bread or as a fruity topping for yoghurt, porridge, pancakes and waffles. It also gives desserts, quark or Greek yoghurt dishes and smoothies an aromatic forest-berry note.
